“We’ve recently purchased a new home from Parkwood Master Builder and I would like to say that our experience has been outstanding.
From the moment we walked into a show home we were treated with much respect. We met Sunny Kang, he was the nicest person out of any show home that we looked at. We were very particular floor plan and Parkwood had exactly what we wanted and then some! Sunny took the time to show us a couple of models, at different stages of construction. We fell in love with the home.
Parkwood had a few upcoming spec homes, one of which was in our desired area, with just about exactly what we wanted for choices. Sunny was talking to us just about everyday, responding to every message, answering every call. Just amazing to deal with.
After placing a deposit, Sunny was kind enough to allow us to see the home a few times prior to us getting possession. At our walk through, Rob was easy going and did not argue about any sort of imperfections we noticed. He marked them all down and made sure most of them were completed with a short deadline.
Now that we’ve been in the home we noticed a few minor issues(which is to be expected), however the warranty department has been very quick to respond and to resolve them.
We absolutely love our home, and would like to thank Sunny, Hayley, and the whole Parkwood team that turned our dream into reality. I would highly recommend Parkwood Master builder to our friends, family or anyone who asks!
