From building a personalized Parkwood home from the ground up to finding a move-in ready home on a shorter timeline, our Sales Team will help you find the right home (in the right community) for you and your family’s lifestyle.

Once you’ve found the perfect home style and community with your Area Sales Manager, they will help you get your finance in order by hooking you up with one of our financial institution partners to assist with mortgage approvals.
Design your dream home

Once conditions have been removed (yay!), your next step is to book an appointment at our state-of-the-art Design Centre to select the exterior and interior finishing features for your home. Our accredited Interior Design Consultant will work with you to make selections to suit your vision and your budget.
Be a part of your build

We love for our homeowners to be actively involved throughout the build! After all, your home should be just right for you, so we encourage you to have a hand in the whole process.
We’ll book multiple scheduled visits to your home while under construction so you’ll be able to be a part of your new home build every step of the way.
And if you ever feel like visiting your home outside of our pre-scheduled appointments, you can arrange additional walk-through’s with your Area Sales Manager.

Prior to your move-in date, we will do a pre-occupancy inspection with you and review all of the details of your move-in day. Once everything is good to go, it’ll be time to get packing and prepare for your brand new home!
