Once we have the ball rolling, here is what you can expect in this process:
Choose your home style and
From a personalized Parkwood home model in a up and coming Edmonton community, to a custom or infill home in an established neighbourhood, our Sales Team will help you find the right home for you and your family’s lifestyle.
Explore financing options
Once you’ve chosen your home style and location with your Area Sales Manager, they will help you obtain mortgage financing with one of our approved financial institutions.
Designing your new home
Once conditions have been removed, you will book an appointment to visit our state of the art Design Studio to select the exterior and interior finishing features for the exterior of your home with our accredited Interior Design Consultant.
Be a part of your build
We love for our homeowners to be actively involved throughout the build, ensuring your home is just right for you.
Multiple scheduled visits to your home while under construction will be booked and provided to you, allowing you the opportunity to be a full part of your new home build, every step of the way. Additional pre-scheduled visits are available with your Area Sales Manager.
Inspection & Move-in
Prior to your move-in you will be notified of a pre-occupancy inspection and all of the details of your move-in day. It’s then time to get packing and prepare for your brand new home!
Within 2 weeks of your possession, our Service & Warranty Team will be in contact to provide you with some of the basic info to care and maintain your beautiful new home, along with all of the details of our warranty coverage.
